ABOUT ME.
From a young age sports has been a major part of my life. I grew up in Kansas City, never missing a Chiefs or Royals game. During those games I would pretend to be the broadcaster and call the action. little did I know I was practicing for a possible career.
I received a Sports Media degree from Oklahoma State University. While attending school I began my broadcasting career in Stillwater, Oklahoma. I was the voice for high school sports around the area and Oklahoma State softball games for the team’s website.
It was love at first sight from the first time I arrived in Gillette, WY. Finding my love for the personal and sports driven community was easy and also led me to find my amazing wife. We now have three beautiful daughters who keep us on our toes and never leave us with a dull moment.
Currently we now reside in Bismarck, ND where I am employed with the great company of BEK Sports, calling North Dakota collegiate sports on television.
I am a five time recipient for Best Play-By-Play (Large Market) & Best Sportscast (Large Market), by the Wyoming Association of Broadcasters. I have also been awarded the Eric Sevareid Award for first place television sports play-by-play by the Midwest Broadcast Journalists Association.
